This Wednesday, I thought a little movement would not only improve my mood but improve my life. So the result was OFFICE DANCING!!
This week office dancing was kind of solitary, so no pictures...you're welcome.

Delicious Salad
Last night I made this delicious salad for dinner.
This salad had: mixed greens, roasted asparagus, butternut squash, roasted almonds, diced prunes and fat free balsamic dressing.
Delicious and easy. Just roast asparagus, butternut squash and almonds in the oven and then throw everything together.
